The Company’s Liquidation Process has been initiated under the provisions of IBC 2016 andtheLiquidationProcessRegulationsbyanorderofHon’bleNCLT, Principal Bench,NewDelhidated10.01.2020. As per the said order, Mr. Harish Chander Manchanda was appointedasthe Liquidator. Further as per the order dated 05.04.2024, Mr. Vaneet Bhatia has been appointed as Liquidator while replacing Sh. Harish Chander Manchanda.
